J STAR: I apologize for mixing frivolity with the realities of heartache and heartbreak...I guess that is how life IS. And you know that also. I appreciate your reading my postings--and commenting. Thanks!
WILLOW, that is also MY favorite! Where do you find the time to not only visit...but comment on all the Peeps' blogs? Consistently! I truly love what you do here, and the friendships which have evolved around your efforts.
Laughed at every one except at the last one :( Wow, I wrote a post about it last week, nice coincidences haha and my new blog is called Pictures and Words. Odd!
Steveroni... photos... both funny and sad. My hubby is in the military... and he had to go away... for a very long time... and that left me a broken mess... worrying he wouldn't come back... but he returned... But that last photo... the likes of which haunted me while he was away... haunts me still. We have known friends... and lost them... to that reality.
Your kindness, Steveroni... what can I say? I am the one who should be making excuses... not you. My excuse is... work. That is all I'm going to say. Today, I vowed to myself not to give so much of myself to my job. Life is not all work and no play. It can't be that way. So, you will be seeing me more frequently... (keeping my fingers X'd). :-)
Sober 36 years (March 18, 1974), I am a former symphony violinist who loves prose, poetry, drawing, music (of course!) art of many genres and philosophies.
Here I will write about my life, thoughts, addiction recovery, and almost anything else of which I know very little.
Laughter, happiness, peace, enthusiasm and love shape my life these days.
If you enjoy reading my stuff, please be welcomed here.
If you do not enjoy, please be nice and leave the room quietly--grin!!

I hate that so many families have been wrecked unjustly.
But, on a lighter note, my fave was the purse pic!

Sigh.....
laughed about the one with the handbag and the one with the dog - and almost started to cry at the last one….
What a contrast...
Ironic life is.
Fun and sadness equals life

EVERYDAY GODDESS: Yep, photos do not lie. If I REALLY want to know what others might see, as I walk by...I look at the photo. OMG...is it THAT bad?
LU ANN: No, I am not...repeat NOT following your lead in these posts, but had I thought of doing that--it would not be such a bad idea!--grin!
